4. Interview:
  - If your application meets our criteria, you may be invited for an interview. The interview may be conducted via video call, phone call, or email correspondence, depending on your location and availability.

5. Placement Matching:
  - Based on your skills, interests, and availability, we will endeavor to match you with suitable volunteer opportunities within our organization or partner projects.

6. Pre-Departure Preparation:

Position Title: Teaching Program Volunteer

Overview:

Empowerment for Sustainable Livelihood is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Program Volunteers to support our educational initiatives aimed at empowering youth and adults with essential knowledge and skills. Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development: Assist in the development and adaptation of educational curricula, lesson plans, and teaching materials tailored to the needs and interests of target populations, including youth, adults, and vulnerable groups.
